Business Development Partner (Construction): Remote
EL-NELK Consult is seeking a motivated individual with construction projects and contracts to join our start-up company as a Business Construction Partner Consultant. The company is looking offers high-quality construction management consultancy services to clients and part of your duties involves providing accurate projection, project cost controls, and new business prospects.
Our ideal candidate has an ample experience in project controls, cost estimating, scheduling, couple with excellent construction software proficiency and any licenses or certifications required by the position such as: BIM, MS Project, Primavera P6, CCP, PE, LEED, PMP, CA, CPA, and OSHA.
Responsibilities:

Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.

Create and expand EL-NELK’s footprint and build positive top business awareness.

Attend industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospects.

Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the EL-NELK management team.

Coordinate and assist in the proposal process with EL-NELK’s marketing and project management teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required or a substitute for 5-8years industry experience.

Business Development experience (prefer 3- 5 years) in the construction industry with a successful track record of building relationships.

Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations.
-
Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills.

Ability to travel as needed.
